My husband and I worked with Jessica at Sara Carroll Home when we decided to update and remodel our upstairs playroom/study/guest space. The experience has been beyond exceptional. Jessica and her team really learned our style and helped us create a wonderful multi-purpose space that matches our design goals. They hired contractors on our behalf in order to add beautiful, custom cabinets and bookshelves. They not only considered the style elements but also physical comfort, recommending things like an insulated attic door and adding insulation -- things we hadn't considered but which immediately made the space more comfortable. Questions like style and placement of cabinet pulls and whether to paint lighting covers and window frames were easy decisions with Jessica's guidance. When helping us choose furniture, Jessica and team considered both our design goals and our budget. Furniture will be delivered next week. We can't recommend this full service design/furniture store highly enough!

I had an outstanding experience with Sara Carroll Home! The quality of the furniture is top-notch, and I loved how I could choose the exact fabric and style. Christopher, the designer, was incredibly helpful, working with me over several weeks to ensure everything fit perfectly with my home’s aesthetic. They provided regular updates on the progress of the custom pieces I ordered and made sure the delivery and setup were flawless. Plus, they even styled the space with beautiful accessories after everything arrived. The team was personable, easy to contact, and consistently checked in to ensure I was happy with everything. I can’t recommend them enough and will definitely be returning for future purchases!

I had a great experience working with Sara Carroll Home. Jessica was amazing at helping me select lighting fixtures that truly fit the scale and style of my remodel—something that can be really hard to visualize. She’s also been incredibly helpful in customizing furniture pieces to fit my space perfectly. Since I’m out of state, I especially appreciated how proactive she was in sending swatches and samples, which made the decision-making process so much easier and stress-free. The fact that this level of design guidance is a complimentary service when purchasing and designing through Sara Carroll Home is such a bonus. Highly recommend!

I am so grateful to another designer for recommending Sara Carroll Home to me! I really enjoyed working with Jennifer, Jessica and Sara at SCH. Jennifer was so helpful in selecting custom upholstered pieces for a full furnishings project. She offered up so many beautiful fabric options, her patience and guidance made the process so easy. I loved the process so much that I used SCH for about 75% of the procurement for this project. I am looking forward to sourcing thru them again and bringing future clients to their beautiful showroom conveniently located in the Dallas Design District.
